Aqu\u00ed los explicamos.<\/p>\n<p>Los vendedores o prestadores de servicios tienen la obligaci\u00f3n de entregar a sus clientes alg\u00fan tipo de comprobante de pago que acredite que esa persona le ha pagado por un producto o servicio.<\/p>\n<p>Existen diversos tipos de comprobantes de pago autorizados por la Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (Sunat), como: facturas, boletas de venta, recibos por honorario, liquidaci\u00f3n de compra, notas de cr\u00e9dito y notas de d\u00e9bito.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es importante solicitar los comprobantes de pago?<\/h3>\n<p>Los comprobantes son necesarios porque con ellos puedes:<\/p>\n<p>Demostrar la propiedad de un producto o servicio.<\/p>\n<p>Acreditar que se realiz\u00f3 una operaci\u00f3n comercial, el monto y los impuestos pagados.<\/p>\n<p>Realizar un reclamo o solicitar cambio o devoluci\u00f3n del dinero cuando existe alg\u00fan problema con el producto.<\/p>\n<p>Evitar la evasi\u00f3n tributaria.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfC\u00f3mo consultar la validez de los comprobantes?<\/h3>\n<p>Existen tres opciones:<\/p>\n<p>Si tiene clave SOL, se puede realizar la consulta de forma individual o de forma masiva, otorgando un m\u00e1ximo de hasta 100 registros.<\/p>\n<p>Si realiza consulta individual, debe ingresar el n\u00famero de RUC del emisor, el tipo de comprobante, serie y n\u00famero de este, fecha de emisi\u00f3n e importe total, este \u00faltimo dato es obligatorio en el caso de comprobantes electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n<p>Si realiza consulta masiva, tome en cuenta que el archivo debe tener la extensi\u00f3n \u201cTXT\u201d y un n\u00famero m\u00e1ximo de 100 l\u00edneas y 6 columnas don el siguiente detalle: n\u00famero de RUC del emisor, c\u00f3digo de tipo de comprobante, serie de comprobante, n\u00famero de comprobante, fecha de emisi\u00f3n e importe total.<\/p>\n<p>Para la validaci\u00f3n de los comprobantes electr\u00f3nicos se debe indicar el importe total que consta de hasta 15 n\u00fameros enteros y 2 decimales.<\/p>\n<p>Ingresa aqu\u00ed y consulta la validez del comprobante si tienes clave SOL.<\/p>\n<p>Si no tiene clave SOL, se podr\u00e1 hacer la consulta individual ingresando los siguientes datos:<\/p>\n<p>N\u00famero de RUC del emisor.<\/p>\n<p>Tipo de comprobante.<\/p>\n<p>Serie y n\u00famero de comprobante.<\/p>\n<p>Tipo y n\u00famero de documento del receptor.<\/p>\n<p>Fecha de emisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Importe total.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de los comprobantes de pago electr\u00f3nicos, estos pueden ser informados a Sunat en el plazo establecido en la norma vigente. Mientras que para los comprobantes de pago f\u00edsicos, se valida que est\u00e9 autorizado por Sunat y la fecha de emisi\u00f3n permite validar la condici\u00f3n y estado del RUC.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed podr\u00e1 hacer la consulta.<\/p>\n<p>En el sistema del contribuyente, en cuyo caso te dejamos el manual de consulta integrada de validez de comprobantes de pago.
