Sin embargo, algunas han ca\u00eddo en malas pr\u00e1cticas de hostigamiento laboral para evitar las indemnizaciones laborales a sus empleados.<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de hostigamiento, tambi\u00e9n conocido como acoso laboral, consiste en comportamientos negativos frecuentes de parte de alg\u00fan trabajador (generalmente de mayor jerarqu\u00eda) hacia otro empleado.
