Legal basis: Art. 9 of Decree-Law 713 — Work on a holiday without compensatory time off is paid at a rate of 100% above the daily wage. If the holiday falls on your weekly day off, it does not entitle you to additional pay. SUNAFIL fines for noncompliance: from S/ 1,265 to S/ 288,915, depending on the size of the company.
